• Who is the target audience?
  This app is meant for our customers who already use our Retail POS software. Specifically, it is for those who use FROG, Inc's routing module. This app will allow your drivers to finalize their stops in real-time and note any issues that arise with text and photos.
• How do users obtain an account?
  Users must be a current customer of FROG, Inc. Current FROG Inc, customers who wish to use this app will need to contact FROG to get setup with an app account and the routing module.
• Why does the app need access to my photos?
  This allows the user to attach pictures to their deliveries. This feature is very beneficial when there are issues with the delivery. A photo is worth a thousand words!
• Why does the app need access to my location?
  Location access is required only during the delivery route. Location data is actively reported back to FROG for multiple uses. Most importantly, the location data is used to monitor the delivery route progress.
